February 8, 2013: Solvay Bank announced the launch of a complete mobile banking platform today. Mobile banking is now available to all Solvay Bank retail customers through any mobile device. Customers can access the mobile features via text messaging, a mobile browser or through an app for iPhone and Android phones. Available features for Solvay Bank's mobile banking include the ability to access account information including balances and transfers, pay bills, and schedule Person-to-Person payments. Customers will also be able to locate the nearest Solvay Bank office or ATM through the mobile banking portal.

"Mobile Banking provides individuals with a time-saving, secure platform to pay bills and keep track of their finances. It is important to us that we have a robust mobile product to offer, one that meets the needs of our clients."

There are also plans underway to provide additional mobile functionality such as customer alerts that will notify account holders when balances fall below a threshold, checks have cleared or deposits have been made.
