The Personal Trust Department at Solvay Bank will work with you and your attorney to provide a plan that will take care of your beneficiaries as you would wish while providing the estate with as many tax savings as possible. In your Will you will name an executor or representative to carry out the instructions you specify.

Recognizing the extensive and serious responsibilities that your executor is undertaking, it is wise to consider naming an expert in this field. Solvay Bank has a trained staff within its Personal Trust Department that can perform these duties for you. You could name Solvay Bank as your executor or as co-executor with a close friend or relative.

Trust Services

There are two types of trusts: one you establish by your Will known as a Testamentary Trust, the other you establish while you are alive, known as a Living Trust or Inter-vivos Trust. Solvay Bank can be named as trustee in both capacities. Our experienced trust staff provides you or your beneficiaries with the expertise in asset management and administration that a trust requires.
