Solvay Bank Announces New Hire

Syracuse, N.Y.—Solvay Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Haley Dubnoff.
Dubnoff joined Solvay Bank as vice president, business strategy and marketing manager. Prior to joining Solvay Bank, Dubnoff was senior director, marketing, communications, and creative services at WCNY. She also held marketing and communications positions at Loretto and United Way of Central New York.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
