Solvay Bank Employee Benefits

Health/Dental Insurance

Eligibility to participate in any of the Health or Dental Plans is effective the first day of the month after the hire date.

Life Insurance

Solvay Bank will provide all full-time employees with two times their annual salary in Life Insurance. Additional life insurance may be purchased for yourself, spouse or dependents.

Retirement Savings Plan—401(k) Plan

You may elect to contribute a percentage of your pre-tax compensation, not to exceed the annual limits established by the Internal Revenue Service. Solvay Bank will match your contribution at a rate of 50%, up to the 6% employee contribution level.

Pension Plan

Full-time employees will be enrolled in Solvay Bank's non-contributory pension plan.

Vacation

Vacation eligibility ranges from 2-4 weeks annually, depending on position and years of service.

Holidays

Solvay Bank observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
