Solvay Bank Announces Matt Nicholl as the United Way of the Mohawk Valley 2024 Board Member of the Year

(New Hartford, NY): Solvay Bank, the oldest community bank established in Onondaga County, is proud to announce that Matt Nicholl has been recognized as the United Way of the Mohawk Valley 2024 Board Member of the Year.
This honorable recognition awards Matt for his dedication and efforts in furthering the United Way’s mission of creating a thriving community by connecting people, resources, and solutions within the Mohawk Valley. Throughout his 11-year tenure on the Board, including the last three years as Board President, Matt has demonstrated unwavering commitment and leadership, embodying the values that the United Way stands for. His community-focused initiatives have fostered collaboration among various stakeholders, driving impactful change and empowering individuals and families in the community.
Matt, along with seven additional honorees, will be honored on May 6, 2025, at the United Way of the Mohawk Valley's Annual Celebration at the Five Points Public House and Events Center.
