Our Merchant Services partner, First Data now a Fiserv Company, has reached out to customers regarding an upcoming migration to a new merchant processing platform. This transition will begin in mid-January.
Our new platform comes with several new benefits, including:
- Next Day Funding – Merchant processed funds that are settled by 10:00 pm EST will be deposited into your bank account on the next business day.
- New Equipment – Our new processing platform will require some customers to utilize new terminals. The cost of this terminal will be absorbed by the processor.
- Clover Products – You will have access to Clover’s innovative suite of payment processing terminals.

YOUR MERCHANT SERVICES CHECKLIST
To ensure a successful transition to this new merchant processing platform, we need your assistance with the following:
- Complete Merchant Services Update Form – Please complete the Merchant Services Update Form via DocuSign by March 7, 2022.
- Review and Sign Your New Merchant Processing Agreement – You will receive a new Merchant Processing Agreement from First Data’s email address – [email protected]. Please carefully review and verify that all your information is up to date. You will be asked to make your signature electronically on the document.
- Recertify Your PCI Compliance with Clover Security – Upon completion of the onboarding process, you will be asked to re-certify your PCI Compliance with Clover Security. This will help you avoid a monthly non-compliance fee of up to $34.95. You will receive an activation email from Clover Security PCI Rapid Comply – [email protected] – to complete your PCI Compliance questionnaire. Virtual Terminal Customers Only: New Software Update – Customers with a virtual terminal set up will receive an email from First Data (now a Fiserv company) with information about their new online portal and how to retrieve credentials.
- All Other Customers: New Equipment – Customers with a credit card terminal will have their equipment automatically replaced with an updated, wi-fi capable terminal after completing the Merchant Processing Agreement. The cost of this terminal will be absorbed by the processor.
