Positive Pay Upcoming System Maintenance

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our digital security and performance, we are upgrading our Positive Pay hosting system. Please review the important details below.
Important to note:
- Your login credentials will remain the same.
- All security protocols remain unchanged.
- The login portal appearance will look identical to what you use today.
Scheduled Positive Pay Downtime
To complete this update, the Positive Pay system will experience a temporary window of downtime beginning Monday, June 29th at 4:00 PM ending Tuesday, June 30th at 5:00 AM.
Action Required: Please ensure any critical Positive Pay exceptions, file uploads, or reviews are completed prior to 4:00 PM on Monday, June 29th.
Where to Find the New Website Link
As you may have noticed, our website has recently been updated with a refreshed design and navigation panel! While your Digital Banking (Online and Mobile) access will remain the same, the path to the Positive Pay page has moved slightly.
You can now find the link by navigating from our Home Page > Resources > Business Account Services > Positive Pay.
Action Required: If you previously bookmarked the old Positive Pay web page and/or login screen on your browser, please delete it and save the new page link once the system is back online on June 30th.
